Thoughts in Kind: Crafting a New Story of Calm is a transformative four-part Unity series designed to help participants separate their divine identity from anxiety and begin consciously creating a new inner story rooted in peace, resilience, and spiritual truth.
Through practical narrative-based tools, reflective exercises, and Unity principles, this series invites you to explore how the stories you carry shape your emotional life—and how they can be gently rewritten with intention, compassion, and faith. Each 90-minute session builds on the last, guiding you from awareness and externalization of anxious patterns to re-authoring a more grounded, empowered, and spiritually aligned personal narrative.
Participants will experience a supportive, small-group setting where insight, reflection, and community witnessing come together in a meaningful way. All materials are included.
