You will progress through three distinct phases including Awareness Architecture, Behavioral Installation, and Identity Lock to move from autopilot responses to intentional action. The curriculum focuses on single-point focus, leveraging somatic cues to interrupt old habits and install a desired identity over 14 days. This is an evidence-based approach to personal transformation that supports the cultivation of social presence, creative consistency, and professional boundaries.
